Wonderful machine easy to assemble and manoeuvre and good pressure choice I will give this item 5 stars.

Ordered the norse sk125 power washer on Sunday it arrived first thing Tuesday morning it was well packaged. I took it straight out of the box and put it together myself was really easy to build and instructions wer easy to understand took me no longer than 15 mins. It's really steady and easy to manoeuvre. My husband set about cleaning our path and concrete driveway we was really impressed on how clean our path and drive looked after we had done it. It even worked well on the stains from the oil spills that wer on the drive. It worked just as well if not better than some of the more we'll known expensive ones. Love how the parts store away into the front of it instead of all separate no searching round for parts each time we use it. And it's easy to store love the fact it has the reel attached with the hose wrapped neatly away. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to buy a pressure washer. We are really pleased with it.

I recently purchased a generator and needed to return it and switch it for the larger one the customer service was quick and helpful in resolving this issue, the generator arrived quickly and well packaged and a great price too. I also purchased a small welder, customer service were again very helpful and knowledgeable and it also arrived quickly. Very pleased with both products and the customer service

Received my jetwash within the delivery time stated . At first was happy with jetwash but after the second time using it the handle snapped. I did get an replacement with no hassle. However after this it was impossible to replace it as it was connected to the main hose outlet which you had to take a o ring off . I did get it off but spent 2 hours trying to get it back on with no avail. I decided to sent it back for an replacement. It was collected but I heard nothing about the replacement for a week so I decided to call them. When ringing and asking when my replacement would be sent out the customer advisor didn't seem to know . After 5 minutes of being put on hold he came back to me and said a refund would be issued. I advised that I want an replacement not refund . He then after 5 more minutes of waiting said it would be 2 weeks before I get one . I was surprised about this as when first ordering it only took a few days . I then said I would have a refund as I need it before then . I then got told I couldn't have a refund. The advisor was very very rude with just wanting to end the call and when I challenged him he was talking over me not letting me tell him my concerns. I had paid 130 pounds for this machine and had nothing to show for it . I asked to speak with his manager as I didn't like his attitude nor none capabilites of knowing what he was going on about . I was informed that they don't have managers . At this point I was getting annoyed so the advisor just put the phone down on me . I was not rude just annoyed he would not let me speak. Terrible after sales and the bloke I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever spoke with. If I spoke to people like that in my job I would of been sacked ages ago. I'm still none of the wiser whether I'm getting a refund or replacement.

The charger arrived by courier 24hrs after placing an online order. It is a compact, robust and easy to use device, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending this charger.

ROHR mig welder.great value machine like the feel of the welding head. gas no gas easy use,leads are nice length feels well built,using on car repairs no probs. arrived in strong box. dont wait buy one there worth it.
